In life we know the name divorce. Divorce which is the breakup or termination of a conjugal relationship based on the determination of the Religious Court (PA) based on certain reasons. Although divorce is permissible, it is something that God hates and wraths so much. This paper aims to find out the main problem, namely related to divorce which is viewed from the perspective of the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The type of research used is a type of normative legal research, namely research on literature in the form of books, journals, articles and documents online. While the approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research approach. Based on the results of research shows various factors that cause divorce. Especially what is often found is the cause of the occurrence is due to the factor of disharmony in the household itself, so if the obligations of the husband and wife are not carried out, their roles will fall one by one and will become a quarrel in the household where eventually divorce will occur.The purpose of her marriage that originally wanted to build a family that was sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah finally failed. The desired happy life disappears instantly and as a result of the divorce, the rights of children may become swayed due to the impact of divorce.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطبق الأفكار النحوية الجديد عند شوقي ضيف في مقرر اللغة العربية لأغراض خاصة لطلبة معهد اقتراض المعاملة المالية العالي - الهيئة الشرعية الوطنية لمجلس العلماء الإندونيسي. إن إن مدخل البحث المستخدم في هذا البحث هو المدخل الكيفي الوصفي. ونتيجة هذا البحث أن هذا تجديد النحو ميسر لتدريس اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها لأنه أن يختار موضوع مهم وغير مهم، فأصبح النحو علما علميا يمكن تطبيقه في جميع المهارات ولأغراض خاصة في فهم كفاءة طلبة معهد اقتراض المعاملة المالية العالي - الهيئة الشرعية الوطنية لمجلس العلماء الإندونيسي.

Abstract

This research aims to apply Syauqi Dhaif's new grammatical ideas in the Arabic language course for special purposes for students of the Higher Financial Transaction Borrowing Institute - the National Shariah Board of the Indonesian Council of Scholars. The research approach used in this research is the descriptive qualitative approach. The result of this research is that this grammar renewal facilitates the teaching of Arabic to non-native speakers because it chooses an important and unimportant topic, so grammar has become a scientific science that can be applied in all skills and for special purposes in understanding the efficiency of the students of the Higher Institute of Financial Transaction Borrowing - the National Shariah Board of the Indonesian Council of Scholars.

Hubungan antara Minat Belajar dan Disiplin Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara minat belajar dan disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey atau memberikan kuesioner kepada orang siswa kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk desktiptif, sampel yang digunakan dipilih adalah sampel purposive random sampling (sampel acak) dimana pengambilan sampelnya secara acak dan yang menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 responden, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan. Lokasi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini di SMPN 34 Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan hasil belajar, hal ini di tandai dengan secara simultan terhadap Y adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai T_hitung 35,119 > T_tabel 0,205. selanjutnya dimensi-dimensi bagi variabel Minat belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan Hasil belajar siswa sebesar F_hitung42,407 > F_tabel 1,69. Pada variabel Disiplin belajar pun menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan hasil belajar sebesar F_hitung57,551 < F_tabel1,66.

This research aims at obtaining empirical data and the fact that his (valid) and can be trusted about how learning strategies in Sma Muhammadiyah morals education 12 Matraman. The subject of research is the Learners Muhammadiyah 12 class X and XI.

The results showed that the Morals education in Muhammadiyah 12 can be formed through two Matraman way i.e. in the classroom in the form of learning and out-of-class activities that include coaching Education outside the classroom Morals.

Learning class teachers tend to use expository, namely startegi learning tends to be more active in the activities of teacher learning and teacher usually use the method of lectures, discussions, and FAQs. In the process of learning, teachers face barriers that are learner that doesn't focus. In this case the teacher uses a good approach to the approach from heart to heart.

Morals education outside the classroom with the formation of the morals that a learner activity routine prayers in congregation and tadarus together as well as learners trained to his heart in helping victims of the tick that is affected.
